Chat 'n Chew #1: November 21 at The Game

For the first in our Chat 'n Chew series we will be gathering at The Game in Kirkland. This is a popular spot for LWHC gatherings; the monday morning breakfast club has breakfast there every week. Their menu is very diverse, with classics and favorites for everyone.

Here's how this is going to work. We will make reservations for the number of people we are expecting. But, knowing that number depends on all of you. Don Sayler, W7OXR will be collecting the names and getting the count. The details on how the names will be collected are still being worked out.

This will be phoned into the venue a few days before the event. We'll add a few extras to pick up the walk-ins, but if you want to be sure of a seat, be sure to get your name on the list.

Everyone will be on their own check. This is a NO HOST event; everyone pays their own way. Prices range from $12 to $30, with most plates in the $18-20 range or under.

This is something new for LWHC. We hope you will join us and tell us what you think. If this turns out to be as popular as we hope, we will look at doing this again. For now, get your "Game Face" on and get ready to Chat 'n Chew.
