7pm Tuesdays: The Welcoming Net
The Welcoming Net is a weekly evening social net held every Tuesday evening at 7PM from our linked Rose Hill repeater system. This net provides a friendly and welcoming space for all hams to connect, share thoughts, and report their experiences. Whether you're brand new to the hobby, a seasoned ham radio operator, or third-party traffic, we invite you to join us: all are welcome.
The Welcoming Net is dedicated to the memory of dB Baker, WA3DB (Silent Key), whose friendly and welcoming net hosting here on these repeaters deeply touched the lives of many.
The Welcoming Net is also a great place for new hams to make their first contact and to receive their First Contact Award. You'll find lots of friends and helpers on this net.
We hope to hear you!
